DECREE-LAW

It is decreed,
on this present date
and through this Decree,
that sea waves
will not grow up
of the side of the boats
and they will never launch themselves,
beyond the sand on the beaches.
That birds,
any size and color,
they will never be in captivity
and will not be trapped in bars
nowhere.
Who will fly freely
and sing in their nests
of green trees
and they will bear fruit and flowers
in all seasons.
It is decreed,
on this present date,
that children, all over the world,
smile without sadness
and no will will be denied them.
They will make castles in the sand and be innocent.
That under the law, this Decree,
will have Universal Right
of food and love,
coat and dreams.
And they will be exempt
of all evil.
